Backdrops & Branding for the BVCA 2024 Summit
Frameset UK teamed up with Go Live Group to deliver a stunning custom setup for the BVCA 2024 Summit, transforming the venue with printed backdrops, lightboxes, and branded elements, all installed in just 4 hours.

Requirement

In early 2024, Go Live Group - a leading creative event design and technical production company, and a long-standing client of Frameset UK - approached us for assistance in preparing for the prestigious BVCA 2024 Summit, held in September at Convene in London. Our role was to collaborate closely with their team to produce and install custom backdrops and branding elements that would elevate the event’s visual impact.

Solution
Using our innovative backdrop solutions, we helped Go Live create the following:

8 custom-designed, printed backdrops using our flat panel system, ranging in size from 3m x 2.9m to 10m x 2.9m.

Fully branded table surround to complement the overall event aesthetic.

4 lightboxes: 1 single-sided lightbox measuring 3m x 2.4m, and 3 double-sided lightboxes, each 5.5m x 2.5m.

Results
Our team of 8 professionals worked seamlessly to complete the entire installation within a tight 4-hour evening window, ensuring the venue was fully prepared for the event the following day.
The combination of backdrops and lightboxes created a striking and immersive atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience at the BVCA Summit.
