Frameset UK provides backdrops, lightbox, desk panel and first class branding to deliver wow-factor for Product Design Week 2024 - an opportunity for leaders in design to come together and discuss all things product design.

Requirement

We were asked to provide innovative backdrop solutions, as well as the branding, for high profile Product Design Week 2024 in London, a leading conference event.
There was a tight four hour window to set up for the large 5 day conference at the Cavendish Minster Building in London and a need to impress attendees.
Solution
Our expert team made a site visit and gave valuable advice on the best solutions to have at the large conferencing event.
We agreed with the client to include the following:

A backdrop and projections screen underscreens for the main room

TV underscreen and side backdrops for the breakout room

4m x 2.5m double-sided lightbox

Sponsors logos photo backdrop

Reception desk panel
Results
Everyone was thrilled with the results. We received fantastic feedback about our backdrops and particularly the striking lightboxes which really made their branding stand out.
Our incredible team impressively installed everything in a four hour Sunday afternoon window, which we did with an hour to spare! As well as collected after the event for the ultimate stress-free experience.
We were delighted with the final look of the backdrops, lightbox and desk panel. It was fantastic to be involved in this project and be fully involved with the branding.
