Research in Finance’s Professional Paraplanners Awards 2024
We were thrilled to create an impressive backdrop for Research In Finance’s Professional Paraplanners Awards 2024. Collaborating with our trusted AV partner, Icon Presentations, we made sure every detail was flawlessly executed.
Requirement
Research In Finance, an award-winning financial company, approached us about providing backdrops and AV support for their annual Paraplanners awards ceremony in Merchant Taylors Hall, London on 18th July 2024.
We were only too happy to help, joining forces with AV company, Icon Presentations, to deliver the ultimate event package.
Solution
We designed and provided the set, which was made up of:

A 3.8m 16:9 Rear Projection Screen, with plain black surround.

3m x 0.6m printed sponsors panels, and 2.5m x 1m panels either side to add depth and shape.

Complete set width: 9m and 3.5m high
With the help of Icon Presentations, we also provided projection and sound for the awards ceremony, including walk-up music and videos on loop, to provide a seamless audiovisual experience that enhanced the whole awards ceremony.
