Themed backdrops & event support for West End Event’s ultimate Christmas parties
West End Events chose Frameset UK to help with a massive project – decking out 36 Christmas parties across 8 different nights, from as far as Edinburgh to Bristol.

Requirement
Seasoned Christmas party events organiser, West End Events, approached us in April with an ambitious project, to work closely with them to tackle 36 Christmas parties at different venues across London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh.

At Frameset UK, we thrive on challenges, and this was no exception! We immediately met with West End Events to discuss the project. We were thrilled to help them spread Christmas cheer by creating memorable Christmas parties for the guests.

Solution
We provided framework hire, reusable printed covers, delivery, installation, night-time de-rig of stage backdrops and photo backdrops, along with red carpets and lighting installation.

It was a massive task and we successfully overcame complex logistical hurdles - coordinating setups for multiple events the same day, at different venues across London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh. Some locations had very tight schedules, due to daytime events and short room turnaround times. But our impressive expert team made it seem easy!

The bespoke backdrop prints we created varied in size from 2m x 1m to 3.6m x 6m, featuring five themes – Bond, Hollywood, Gatsby, Prohibition and Ice Palace for the ultimate wow factor.
